Yeah I know might of already been done in the past or people posted my rips I did on the Serious Sam Facebook page (I am Greg B). Was only very recently able to view this page properly as google translate kept crashing my browser.
Yep am aware. I just included it as it was on the Gold version of the game and I couldn't find DarkIsland anywhere on the internet to download alone. So just included it.
I am trying to get the Palm version of the game to work, as I'd rip the music from it also (if there is any, can't recall).
Not a problem The GBA was the HARDEST to rip lol. The sound format loops forever - and the loop (where the song restarts) can happen ANYWHERE in the track. So I had to find the track length - and that was one track. Then once I got that, I had to find where it looped, and that's where the "-Looped" versions came. I do hope someone uses these in a map lmao! I did see someone do a Serious Sam map that looks all 8-Bit (Serious Sam meets DooM?) these would be great for that.
Добавлено (16.08.2011, 08:33) --------------------------------------------- Does anyone have a full copy of the Palm OS version of Sam? I had it before, however once I sold my Palm Treo 680p - I sold it with it *slaps forehead*
I'd gladly rip the music from it also
Добавлено (20.08.2011, 03:11) --------------------------------------------- Updated the Xbox listing. I actually uploaded some of the PC version songs. AmonComplex folder had it's tracks replaced with new ones, as I only uploaded tracks by comparison. Those were missed. Then came the KarnakEntrance folder, they replaced the music in there also BUT then moved the old music into KarnakEntrance2 - which is the folder I uploaded instead as it was "new".
So all updated
Добавлено (01.09.2011, 10:02) --------------------------------------------- Double D added
You're welcome! Sadly you have to redownload Found one more track, and I think this covers them all. Added: Fight10(Vuvuzelator Vendetta Challenge).ogg
This is the only challenge that has new music and is only featured on this level it appears.
Добавлено (04.09.2011, 11:14) --------------------------------------------- FINALLY found a way to rip the audio from the data files - so NO quality loss I also did notice I doubled a few Level and Fight tracks. Reason for this was I was recording myself playing the game - then extracting the audio from my playthrough.
After doing this, I found 2 tracks that were very recognizable but I am unsure where one is from. The 3 second track I remembered after uploading this file is from the Red Light District secret, however the other track I don't know. I did another playthrough and didn't hear it (but sounds so familiar!) so once one can tell me where this track is used I will release the much improved soundtrack rip (320kbs instead of 128kbs).
Same old link but updated. This is the Double D soundtrack in 320kbs instead of 128kbs that was further degraded in quality due to video codec (I recorded myself via Fraps, then ripped the audio from that in my first Double D release). This is ripped right from the data files and then converted to OGG.
