Отключить фоновые программы. p.s. Еще не помешало бы сказать характеристики железа и сказать со скрольки просело .

Нормально понятие растяжимое. Нормально это дело вкуса. Напишите со скольких просело . И под характеристиками железа я имел ввиду и процессор и память и карту . .

Может, ты хотя бы температуру видяхи посмотришь или загруженность процессора. И покопаешься в настройках графики в СЕ, наконец. ->Недавно купил видеокарту Geforce GTX 650 и фпс во всех играх начало проседать. ->драйвера установил через жопу, вот и проседает. 650 Даже Яндекс знает ответ. Колись, что делал перед проседанием?

Настройки графы понизь если не поможет займись дровами, как тебе здесь говорят. Но этот способ полегче
